A kiwi fruit has twice as much vitamin C as an orange. Kiwi fruits are actually berries and grow like grapes on vines that can be up to 6 feet tall. The tangy, fuzzy fruit is also rich in potassium and copper. Kiwi fruits were originally called “melonettes” Kiwis, at one time, were known as Chinese Gooseberries.
