Honey, Goat Cheese, & Prosciutto Na’an Pizza 2 Ways

~ Yield: 4 Main course servings, Prep time: 10 Minutes, Cook time: 10 Minutes, Total time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces na'an flatbread

  • 1/2 cup eggplant cinnamon jam

  • 4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled can substitute Gorgonzola or Blue Cheese Crumbles

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Fontina Cheese

  • 4 oz. prosciutto, pulled into 3” strips

  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

  • Balsamic Drizzle optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line two sheet pans with parchment paper.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of eggplant cinnamon jam on each piece of na'an flatbread.

  3. Top each with 1 ounce of each cheese and 1 ounce of the prosciutto.  Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp chopped rosemary.

  4. Place two flatbreads on each baking sheet and place both baking sheets in the oven.  Bake for 10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy and the cheese has melted.

  5. Cut each into 4 wedges, drizzle with balsamic if using, and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz. goat cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp. honey

  • 2 pieces of naan

  • 1/2 pint fresh blueberries

  • 4 tbsp. Blueberry Jam

  • 4 to 5 slices thinly shaved prosciutto

  • 3 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • freshly ground pepper

  • wilted arugula

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine goat cheese and honey and blend well.

  3. Place the naan on a baking sheet.  Spread the goat cheese evenly on the naan slices.

  4. Spread  Blueberry Jam on top of goat cheese.

  5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or until the naan is toasted and the blueberries softened.

  6. Remove from the oven and add prosciutto and 1 tsp of thyme to each pizza.

  7. Add wilted arugula and sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper, if desired. Slice and serve
