ESCARGOT IN WINE

-1 (4 oz.) can escargot, drained
-1/4 c. 
Red Wine Jelly or Moscato Jelly
-1 tbsp. 
Garlic Jelly
-1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
-1/2 c. butter
-2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
-1 tsp. tarragon
-2 tbsp. chives

1. Marinate escargot in the melted Red Wine Jelly, Garlic Jellyand seasonings - at least 2-3 hours.
2. Place escargot in shells. Spoon in wine mixture. Marinate.

3. Press 1 teaspoon butter (softened) over the opening of the shell. (This seals in the escargot.)

4. Place in baking pan. Bake in 425°F oven for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
