Bacon Brie Crescent Wreath

YIELDS: 6 - 8, PREP TIME: 15 mins, TOTAL TIME: 30 mins

Ingredients:

• 2 (8-oz ) tubes of Crescent rolls

• 1/3 c. Cranberry Orange Jelly

• 12-oz wheel of brie, cut into cubes

• 1/3 c. Bacon Bourbon Jam

• 2 eggs, lightly beaten

• kosher salt

• Freshly ground black pepper

• Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent rolls, separating each triangle. Arrange in a sunburst pattern, with pointed ends of the triangles facing outward (the base of the triangles should overlap).

2. Spread the Cranberry Orange Jelly on the dough. Top with brie and Bacon Bourbon Jam. Fold triangle tips over the filling and tuck under the base to secure.

3. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Brush the top of the dough with egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until dough is golden 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
