6 Jam Milkshakes
Peanut Butter and Jam Milkshake
INGREDIENTS
-2 cups of vanilla ice cream
-¼ cup of smooth peanut butter
-¼ cup of Blueberry Jam
-¼ cup of whole milk
-Melted white chocolate, to rim glass
-Chopped peanuts, to rim glass
-Blueberry Jam, to garnish milkshake
-Whipped cream, to top the milkshake
DIRECTIONS
1. Rub the rim of a tall milkshake glass with melted white chocolate. Place chopped peanuts on a plate and dip the glass in peanuts. Set aside.
2. Using a blender, combine ice cream, peanut butter, Blueberry Jam, and milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into a prepared milkshake glass and swirl a small amount of Blueberry Jam on top to garnish.
Maple Bourbon Apple Milkshake
INGREDIENTS:
-3 ounces bourbon
-1 - 2 apple(s), washed, peeled, cored, and chopped
-2 teaspoons Maple Bourbon Apple Butter
-2 ounces milk
-3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
-2 to 3 tablespoon sugar or add as required
-¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder - optional
-Minced apples (for garnish)
Add bourbon, apples, Maple Bourbon Apple Butter, milk, and ice cream to a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth, and pour into serving glass.
Biscuit and Jam Shake
INGREDIENTS
-1/2 cup speculoos cookie spread
-1/2 cup whole milk
-1 very ripe large banana
-8 cups vanilla ice cream
-1 cup Strawberry Margarita Preserves
-4 whole strawberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine the speculoos, milk, and banana and mix until combined, 1 minute. Add the ice cream and Strawberry Margarita Preserves and blend until mixed but still thick, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour some into pint/parfait glasses alternating with dollops of Strawberry Margarita Preserves, creating layers. Using a long skewer, or a knife, swirl the jam into the shake, have fun with it. Garnish with a strawberry on the edge of the glass.
Pineapple Preserves Milkshake
In a blender, combine 1 cup of Cold Milk, 3 tablespoons or more of Pineapple Preserves, and Ice Cubes as needed and puree until smooth. Take a glass, spoon some Pineapple Preserves in the bottom, and top with the milkshake to serve.
Cherry Scotch Bonnet Jam Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups vanilla yogurt
-½ cup strawberries, stems removed
-¼ cup raspberries
-3 tablespoons of Cherry Scotch Bonnet Jam
-½ cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk to adjust the thickness to your preference.
Tutti Frutti Jam Milkshake
1. In a blender mix about a cup of milk, a cup of ice, ¼ cup of Tutti Frutti Jam, and a few drops of vanilla.
2. Blend the ingredients together and top it off with a chocolate syrup swirl.
